Steamboat Square Revitalization Phase 2
General
AHA, Edgemere Development and the Steamboat residents, are spearheading the redevelopment of the Steamboat Square complex. SSRP2 is set to continue the rehabilitation and preservation efforts across the campus. The project spans three existing high-rise buildings (200, 220, and 230 Green Street) and six groups of Townhomes located around the intersection of Green and Rensselaer Streets.
There will be a range of unit types and sizes, ranging from one-five bedrooms, at least 5% of the units will be fully accessible.
Absolutely! If you are temporarily relocated you will work individually with a relocation specialist so we can accommodate your individual needs. Moving costs will be covered by the project, and you will have the right to return a newly renovated unit.
