Steamboat Square Revitalization Phase 2 is in the predevelopment stages and this project will include the three existing high-rise buildings (200, 220, and 230 Green Street) and six groups of Townhomes located around the intersection of Green and Rensselaer Streets.
We anticipate a 2025 construction start and will complete the project in rolling phases over 36-42 months.
Steamboat Square Revitalization Phase 1 is one of four historic high-rise buildings that make up Steamboat Square. The project is the first stage in a multi-phase program to enhance and extend the useful life of the entire complex. This phase will rehabilitate 51 existing apartments while bringing decommissioned spaces back online to create an additional 37 units.
